Before organizations invest in tools, policies, or additional staff, they first need clarity about how work, responsibility, and risk actually flow through the organization.
Afronomias begins with a short intake conversation to understand your organization and confirm whether a Risk Snapshot would be useful.
The purpose of this conversation is to understand how your organization actually operates day-to-day and where challenges, delays, or disruptions may be coming from.
You won’t be asked to commit to anything.
You won’t be pressured to purchase services.
This is simply a structured conversation so you can determine whether outside risk guidance would be helpful for your organization.

After the conversation, you will receive one of three outcomes:
1) You’re in a good place right now
I’ll let you know and you won’t be encouraged to purchase anything.
2) Small improvements could help
After the call, if appropriate, I will outline the Risk Snapshot engagement and what leadership will receive so you can decide whether to move forward.
3) Structured risk guidance would be helpful
I’ll recommend a starting service (usually the Risk Snapshot) and explain exactly what it includes so you can decide.
